Mountain view retreat w/ pool & outdoor dining

Magnifique vue Positive: L'emplacement et la vue depuis le balcon magnifique. Negative: Rendre les clés 🙂 heureusement que l'on est motorisé c'était possible de les laisser sur place.

Good stay, patronizing communication Positive: Nice location to get away for a few days. Negative: The customer communication felt a bit excessive. For example, I received duplicate requests to pay the security deposit even though it had already been paid. I picked up the key as soon as I received the email confirming it was available. Shortly afterwards, I received another reminder that check-in was at 4:00 PM, even though this had already been clarified. When I arrived, my designated parking space was occupied. Customer support initially advised me to leave a note on the incorrectly parked car, informing the driver that the space belonged to my apartment, and to park on the street in the meantime. After I pointed out that resolving parking issues should be the responsibility of the property management rather than the guest, they eventually took care of it. Overall, the stay itself was fine. However, the communication before arrival felt, let’s say, somewhat unusual. There is room for improvement.
